A bundle pack with our beautiful newborn through 1-year sign that is customized to your child's name and birth stats and our school year K5-12 sign with your child's name.

These signs are sized for a 12x18 frame (not included) with the smaller picture opening measuring at 2.5x3.5 and the larger picture opening measuring at 5x7.

The frames are not included with these products so you can purchase ones that suit your design style. The inserts are 1/8" and can easily fit into frames with backings. Most frames come with a foam insert in the same thickness that can be removed to accommodate the picture insert thickness.
